Requirements

• Filled out and signed application Forms(application and finger print ).
• passport must be valid for at least 6 months
• Two passport-sized photos are attached with the application form.
• A letter from the sponsoring company indicating the type of work the applicant will be carrying out, the duration of stay, statement of financial responsibility, and references in Sudan.
• Applicants holding non-Swedish passports must submit a copy of a valid residence permit in Sweden.
• Applicants looking to perform humanitarian work in Sudan must present the corresponding certificate from the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) in Sudan. This may be obtained from the sending organization’s office.
• Copy of the payment for the fees equals to 1705 SEK.
