Requirements

• Filled out and signed application Forms.
• Two passport-sized photos are attached with the application form.
• A copy of the applicant’s passport* data page, passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
• A note verbal/communication from the Department of State or the applicant’s embassy.
• Applicants holding non-Swedish diplomatic/official passports must submit a copy of a valid residence permit in Sweden.
• The embassy will require the applicant submit his passport only after it has received approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sudan regarding their entry. The applicant will be informed when approval is received.
• No Fees for processing..
